Brady Plays Bebop | 3pm
The Brendan Brady Quartet plays the music of Cowboy Bebop, the award-winning late 90s space western anime series. With a lineup led by standout Baltimore drummer, educator, and composer Brendan Brady, the band leads audiences through the rhythmic, angular twists and turns of the jazz-based Cowboy Bebop soundtrack. Originally composed by Yoko Kanno, Brady reimagines iconic songs through the language of jazz: interpreting, transforming, and performing a musical conversation with one of the most beloved anime soundtracks of all time.
