Sandy Oxx Legacy Fund

During her tenure as Executive Director from 1997 to 2018, Sandy Oxx guided the Carroll County Arts Council through dramatic growth and success, always championing the arts in our community. To honor Sandy’s wish to secure the future of the Arts Council and to celebrate her 21 years of service and leadership, the Board of Directors established the Sandy Oxx Legacy Fund. This fund will ensure the long-term viability of the Arts Council.

We hope you will join us in honoring Sandy by making a donation to the Sandy Oxx Legacy Fund.

If you wish to contribute stocks, please call Doug Velnoskey of The Velnoskey Wealth Management Group at 443-201-2088.
