Our popular annual children’s summer camps offer a variety of fun and creative experiences for a diverse range of ages.

musical theatre

Musical Theatre Camp

Monday, July 11 - Friday, July 22

Summer Theatre Camp
Kids will spend two weeks putting together a full musical production! For Ages 10-13

Environmental Art Camp

Monday, July 25 - Friday, July 29

Summer Art Camp
Camp that explores non-traditional art materials and fosters an appreciation for nature. For Ages 7-9

Mixed Media and Beyond Art Camp

Monday, August 1 - Friday, August 5

Summer Art Camp
Kids will get the opportunity to explore assemblages, collages, and sculpture using different media. For Ages 10-13

Theatre Camp

Monday, August 8 - Friday, August 12

Summer Theatre Camp
Campers will spend a week producing a full play with costumes and scenery! For Ages 7-10

Author and Art Camp

Monday, August 15 - Friday, August 19

Summer Camp
Campers will spend a week reading about and creating works inspired by children's author, Eric Carle! For Ages 5-7

Payment in full at the time of registration is REQUIRED to reserve your space.

Cancellations & Refunds

If CCAC cancels a camp due to insufficient enrollment, a full refund will be given. For cancellations made by the camper at least 14 days prior to class start, a refund will be granted less a $10 processing fee. No refunds will be granted after that. No refunds are given for missed days of camp or early withdrawal.

Volunteer Counselors

Students interested in the arts and working with children may apply for counselor positions.

A limited number of positions are available for each camp and there is a required training day. These positions are voluntary but do count for community service. Age requirements for camp counselors vary for different sessions, but most counselors should be at least 13-18 years of age.

Children under 18 who are in need of financial aid to enroll in a class, camp or children’s theatre troupe are eligible for assistance through the Tom Holder Memorial Scholarship Fund.
