If you are ready to move forward with your sponsorship, please email Jenifer and let us know the following:
- What sponsorship you are interested in
- The name and contact information for who we should communicate with about your sponsorship
- Your timeframe for sponsoring
- Any special requests or questions you may have
- How you would like to be recognized
- A PNG or JPEG image of your logo
Once we receive confirmation of your sponsorship, our Financial Coordinator will send an invoice.

Films ($350.00)
- 1 pre-event social media post (10,000+ followers)
- Opportunity to have a table in our lobby at sponsored film
- Name / logo with link to your website on event listing on CCAC website leading up to event (5,000+ views per month)

- Full screen ad in movie preview
- 2 tickets to an arts center event of your choice
Film Series ($1,250 – $5,000)
- All Film Sponsor benefits, but with repeated exposure for every film in the series
- Logo on all printed publicity materials
Live Performance Children’s Theatre Troupe ($750 per show)
These productions happen two times per year in Spring and Fall.
- 1 pre-event social media post (10,000+ followers)
- Named as sponsor on the website event page (5,000+ views monthly)
- Opportunity to speak prior to start of the show
- Table or sign in the lobby day of the show
- 1 ad in weekly eblast with a link to your site (6,000+ recipients weekly)
Live Performance ($1,500)
These events take place year-round and include multiple art genres.
- 2 pre-event, 1 post event, social media post (10,000+ followers)
- Named as sponsor on the CCAC website event page (with link to your site) and on home page slider
- Opportunity to speak on stage prior to start of the show(s)
- Table or sign in the lobby day of the show(s) (w or w/o rep)
- 1 ad in CCAC weekly eblast to run 4 weeks of your choice with a link to your site (6,000+ recipients weekly)
- 4 tickets to the show
Live Performance Series ($3,000 – $5,000)
- All benefits listed above, repeated for each individual performance.
Art Exhibits (($1,000 – $3,000)
All Basic Benefits plus:
- A private gallery reception
- Recognition in gallery signage
- Verbal recognition at public gallery reception
Special Events ($100 – $3,000)
These are sponsorships of special events that include: Senior Day, Festival of Wreaths, PEEPshow, and Art in the Park, Playwright Festival etc.
These sponsorships are offered in a tiered structure. Perks for these sponsorships include:
- Invites to exclusive event receptions
- Logo recognition in event signage
- Social media sponsor shout outs
- Opportunity to select a Sponsor’s Choice Award (if applicable)
