Come participate in one of Carroll County’s most Creative Holiday Traditions!

Featuring a live auction filled with handcrafted wreaths, artwork, and holiday decor where all proceeds benefit the arts in Carroll County!

REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Description: A holiday wonderland of creativity and generosity, the Festival of Wreaths features uniquely themed wreaths, and holiday art pieces, that range from nostalgic, to traditional to whimsical, wacky and wonderful! All wreaths are available for purchase through online auction. Many entries include gift cards, specialty food and beverages items, and unique experiences! Come Explore your creative side!

Who Can Apply? Everyone! The Festival of Wreaths is open to individuals, families, clubs, organizations, and businesses.

Is It Wreaths Only? No! Donations of holiday decor, winter-themed artwork, and other fine crafts are welcomed. Items do not need to be Christmas-themed and wreaths don’t have to be round – think outside the circle! Wreath-cycling is encouraged!

RESTRICTIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• No live wreaths or greens.
• Attach a sturdy hanging device to wall hanging submissions.
• Plug-in lights or battery lights can be used, but battery lights will not be replaced.
• No larger than 36 inches in any direction.
• Securely attach all gift cards, decorations, and ornaments to your entry.
• Adding extra gifts to your entry such as gift cards, merchandise, etc. is encouraged.
• Entries cannot require daily maintenance.

Application Deadline: November 7, 2026

Application Fee: FREE!

Vendor Drop-Off/Set-Up Dates: November 18 and 19, 2026

Event Dates: November 27 – December 20, 2026.
