ARTIST REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Description: The Arts Council Gift Shop has something special for everyone! This beautiful display is filled with handcrafted wares by local artists and makers, including jewelry, apparel, home décor, kitchenware, cards, prints, books, and so much more. Whether you’re looking for a thoughtful gift or a little something for yourself, there’s always something to catch your eye.

Who Can Apply? Artists and makers who create original, handcrafted items, including jewelry, apparel, fiber arts, ceramics, glass, home décor, kitchenware, cards, prints, small paintings, books, woodwork, toys, soaps, candles, and more. No buy-and-resell items permitted. Applications are juried by a committee of staff, board members, and community artists based on originality, craftsmanship, a cohesive body of work, and presentation/packaging, with consideration for suitability for the Gift Shop.

Application Fee: $10

Vendor Drop-Off/Set-Up Dates: January 13 & 14, 2027 By Appointment

Event Dates: January 2027 through October 2027

Vendor Pick-Up/Take-Down Dates: November 4 & 5, 2027

Consignment Information:

• The Exhibitor is expected to deliver their work during scheduled Drop-Off and Swap days. Shipping and transportation costs are the Exhibitor’s responsibility. This rule also applies with returns.
• The CCAC handles the sales of all merchandise including collection and payment of applicable State sales tax.
• The CCAC retains a commission of 30 % on all items, vendors receive 70%.

Acceptance notification: Applicants will be notified of their acceptance in December. Those who are not accepted into this year’s show will also be notified. Accepted applicants will receive a packet containing a contract, special requests form, an inventory sheet they must fill out, and drop-off/pick-up information.
