We know you’ve always wanted to create a PEEPshow entry – come on, now is your chance because Decorator Entry Registration is now open! Help us reach our goal of 200 entries for 2026!

The Carroll County Arts Council welcomes anyone with a sweet sense of humor and artistic skill to enter a Peeptastic creation in our 19th Annual PEEPshow.

Drop Off Dates: March 13th & 14th for regular entries, March 11th for Oversized entries. All drop offs are made at the TownMall in Westminster. Please see more information for all dates, times and guidelines.

PEEPshow Dates: March 27-April 6, 2026
Entry Types Accepted: Dioramas, sculpture, mosaics, photography, paintings, videos, and computer-generated art that feature PEEPS® as their primary subject matter or artistic medium. Entries do not have to be made with PEEPS® or edible materials, just as long as it is clearly PEEPS® themed.

The Carroll County Arts Council encourages entries that support the mission of the Arts Council and help to ensure an inclusive, welcoming experience for all visitors, supports community connections and are creative, fun and family-friendly.

The PEEPshow is unique, Carroll County, tradition and a fundraiser for the Carroll County Arts Council.

Cost to register $10.00 per entry, one entry per person.
