Senior Lecturer Linda Kirkpatrick directs the orchestra, composed of McDaniel and Carroll Community College students, as well as Music faculty and community musicians. The program includes “The Four Moons” by Louis W. Ballard, a Native American composer, educator, artist, and journalist.
