The Carroll Concert Band will present its annual spring concert at 3:00 PM on Sunday, March 22, at Winters Mill High School.  As always, students are admitted free and Adults are $10.  Originally formed in 1978, The Carroll Concert Band is comprised of local adult musicians, supplemented by excellent college and high school students, whose interest in band music and in performing a service to their community is expressed through annual performances to support non-profit organizations.  Since 2001, the band has supported the Glenn and Barbara Patterson Musical Instrument Bank through the Carroll County Arts Council.
