Celebrate the creativity of your community in Art ’Round Town, an eclectic exhibition featuring original work by local and regional artists.
Bringing together fine art, sculpture, metalwork, fiber arts, and more, this exhibition highlights a wide range of materials, techniques, and artistic perspectives. Each piece offers something different to discover, from carefully crafted functional works to bold, expressive creations.
As varied, beautiful, and inspiring as Carroll County itself, Art ’Round Town invites visitors to experience the remarkable talent being created throughout our community – and to see familiar places, ideas, and materials through the eyes of local artists.
All Carroll County Arts Council Exhibitions are FREE to the public!

Off Track Art
Tucked just steps from the Maryland Midland Railway in the heart of downtown Westminster, Off Track Art is a cooperative gallery where creativity, craftsmanship, and community come together.
Founded in 2009 by a group of adventurous local artists, the gallery was built on a simple idea: create a place where artists could support one another while sharing original, handmade work with the community. More than sixteen years later, that vision continues through a vibrant collective of artists who create, exhibit, and welcome visitors from throughout Carroll County and beyond.
Every piece you’ll find at Off Track Art is original and handmade. From paintings, pottery, jewelry, photography, stained glass, fiber art, scarves, quilting, collage, handmade cards, and more, each work is created by one of our gallery partners or carefully selected local and regional consignment artists. Because our artists are continually creating and our exhibitions regularly change, every visit offers something new to discover.
Beyond the gallery walls, Off Track Art is proud to support the local arts community. We host rotating monthly exhibitions featuring solo and group artists, collaborate on educational workshops, and serve as the hub for the annual Carroll County Artists’ Studio Tour each December. Whether you’re looking to add original artwork to your home, find a one-of-a-kind gift, or simply explore the work of talented local artists, you’ll always find something unexpected waiting inside.
