  • Monday, March 6th – Decorator Registration Closes
  • Saturday, March 11th 12PM-7PM – Oversized Entry Drop-Off (larger than 24” in any direction) – Entry Drop-Off at the Former Sears Location at the Mall
  • Friday, March 13th and Saturday, March 14th 12PM-7PM – Entry Drop-Off at the Former Sears Location at the Mall
  • Sunday, March 15th – Video Entry Digital Delivery Deadline, email links to Gwen@carrollcountyartscouncil.org  See Video Entry Guideline below.
  • Saturday, March 27th 10AM-6PM – PEEPshow Opens and VIPEEP Decorator, Sponsor, Volunteer Party in Evening 7PM-8:30PM
  • Monday, April 6th 10AM-6PM – PEEPshow Closes. Voting goes through the entire show.
  • Tuesday, April 7th at 11AM – PEEPshow Award Ceremony on FB LIVE and LIVE at the Event Space

About the Carroll County Arts Council

  • The Carroll County Arts Council is more than just the PEEPshow! We are THE Arts Council for Carroll County, providing arts events, activities, and opportunities all year long including live concerts, classes, exhibitions, theatre, films, camps and so much more! We have something for all ages, interests, and abilities!
  • Our mission: The Carroll County Arts Council strengthens and enriches Carroll County, culturally and economically, by promoting the Arts, arts education, and diverse cultural expression. Through innovative programming, community collaboration, and active facilitation, we strive to integrate the arts into the everyday lives of the community.

About the PEEPshow

  • The PEEPshow was begun in 2007 by the Carroll County Arts Council as an annual fundraiser to support Arts programming in Carroll County and as a unique way to inspire creativity in our community.
  • Funds raised through the PEEPshow event support the non-profit arts programming of the Carroll County Arts Council including exhibition opportunities for local artists and free programs like concerts, Free Senior Day, together in the Arts, camps, workshops and other free or reduced activities, classes and events for adults and children alike. Including our FREE summer movie series that begins June 30th at the Carroll Arts Center!
  • The PEEPshow fundraiser would not be possible without the generous support of Just Born®, from New Bethlehem, PA, the company that has been making Peeps® candies since 1953. PEEPs® are the registered property of Just Born® and the Carroll County Arts Council is grateful to Just Born® for generously allowing us to utilize the name for our fundraiser.
  • Thanks to our supportive community, each year the PEEPshow event has grown and in 2025 there were over 21,000 in person visitors, 150,000 votes sold in-person and 7,300+ votes sold online. Thank you!
  • The PEEPshow event is put on by the Carroll County Arts Council staff with the help of our volunteers who generously donate their time to help. Thank you to our many volunteers for their support in making the PEEPshow possible!
  • Because the PEEPshow is also about artistry and creativity, there are five categories of winners that include: Top 10 Audience Choice Awards (decided by number of vote chips received), Top Video Award (decided by number of vote chips received), Artistic Excellence Winners (up to 10 winners,determined by CCAC board and staff), Sponsors Choice Award (chosen by sponsors) and the Online Sensation Award (determined by number of online votes received).
  • Did you know that entry decorators receive more than just bragging rights as winners– The Carroll County Arts Council and Just Born® provide the top ten winners with candy and prizes!
  • Every vote counts so make sure to support your favorites!

Key Messages to Use to Help Raise Awareness

  • The PEEPshow is the signature fundraising event of the Carroll County Arts Council and proceeds from the event are used to support and promote the Arts, Arts programming and artists in Carroll County all year long!

PEEPshow Voting

How to Vote for Your Entry

You created an amazing PEEPshow entry, let’s share it and get the word out for people to vote!

Remember – Every Vote Counts! There are two ways to vote for PEEPshow entries, in-person and online.

In-Person Voting

  • In-Person Voting happens ONLY at the PEEPshow at the TownMall of Westminster.
  • Entry to the event is FREE and open to the public.
  • To vote, visitors must purchase vote chips. There are two “Vote Stations” inside the PEEPshow.
  • Visitors can purchase vote chips at one or both of the Vote Stations.
  • Vote chips come in quantities of $1 per vote chip, $5 for ten vote chips, $10 for twenty-five vote chips, $25 for seventy-five vote chips, and $50 for two hundred vote chips and can be purchased with cash or card only.
    As you walk through the display area, you will see that each PEEPshow entry has a clear Vote Box next to it. This includes video entries that can be viewed in the theater at the end of the display section, so save some vote chips for the end!
    Vote boxes show the entry title, number, name of artist, price (if for sale) and vote box number.
    When you find a favorite, put as many of your vote chips in as you would like to support that entry!
