The Carroll Concert Band

The Carroll Concert Band will present their annual spring concert at Winters Mill High School on Sunday, March 22, 2026, at 3:00 PM. This outstanding ensemble features local adult musicians as well as high school students. Tickets can be purchased at the Carroll Arts Center, Menchey Music, Music and Arts, and at the Door. Adults are $10 and Admission is Free for Students. Part of the concert proceeds benefit the Glenn & Barbara Patterson Musical Instrument Bank through the Carroll County Arts Council.
