Ticketing
Refund and Exchange Policies
We’ve updated our ticketing policies to better fit our needs as a nonprofit organization. You will see that the updates are that which reflect industry-standard policies.
All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be given.
If you cannot attend your event, you may exchange your tickets into a future Arts Center event OR convert your purchase into a tax-deductible donation to the Carroll County Arts Council. Ticket holders will not receive partial refunds for exchanging tickets into an event of lesser value than their original event, but ticket holders will be responsible for paying the difference in cost if exchanging tickets into an event of more value. Call the Box Office at 410-848-7272 for more information.
Tickets to CCAC events typically go on sale 2 – 3 months prior to the event. Tickets will remain on sale until the start of the event unless they sell out. Pre-payment is required for all tickets; unpaid reservations are not accepted.
Tickets can be purchased in advance online with a credit card, or during business hours by calling 410-848-7272. A receipt will be emailed to you along with print-at-home tickets. Tickets can be printed at home or presented on a smart phone. If you prefer CCAC can print and hold your tickets at the Box Office for a $1 per order will-call fee.
All CCAC event ticket orders are processed through Leap Merchant Services. Buyers using the CCAC online ticket sales system agree to the Leap Merchant Services Terms of Service.
Unless noted, free events are on a first-come-first-serve basis, do not require advanced tickets, and reservations are not accepted.
Seating
Unless noted, all seating is general admission and tickets do not guarantee specific or contiguous seats.
The house generally opens 25 minutes before curtain time. Patrons arriving prior to the opening of the house are welcome to wait in the lobby. Patrons arriving after the start of an event may be asked to wait until an appropriate break in the program before being seated.
Patrons requiring special needs seating or other accommodations should contact the Arts Center in advance. Please refer to Accessibility section above for more information.
By attending an event at the Arts Center, all patrons agree that photos or videos taken of them while in attendance may be retained and used in electronic and print advertising.
