Thank you for your support that will help to make the Arts possible in Carroll County in 2026!

A holiday fundraiser for the Carroll County Arts Council that helps the Arts Council to support and promote artists, students, arts organizations, and the arts, in Carroll County!

2026 will mark the 29th year of this fun and festive event which is one of the most anticipated holiday events of the season in Carroll County!

A holiday wonderland of creativity and generosity, the Festival of Wreaths features uniquely themed wreaths, and holiday art pieces, that range from nostalgic, to traditional to whimsical, wacky and wonderful. All wreaths are available for purchase through online auction. Many entries include gift cards, specialty food and beverages items, and unique experiences!

While wreaths are sold only through online auction, we invite the community to visit our historic Carroll Arts Center to experience the magic and joy of the holiday season by viewing the full display of entries in our beautifully decorated space!
