Join us for an evening of Inspiring films from filmmakers that break stereotypes and promote change. The festival opens with a drum circle, then screenings of the films, followed by an audience sing-along. 🪘

The Power of Inclusion, a moving documentary produced by the Community Media Center of Carroll County in partnership with The Arc Carroll County, Target Community & Educational Services, Inc., Bello Machre, and Penn-Mar. This film shares the authentic stories of four individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) as they navigate daily life – demonstrating independence, resilience, and joy through employment, education, housing, and community engagement.
