What is Art In The Park?

The Carroll County Arts Council has partnered with the City of Westminster for more than four decades to present this annual cultural festival. The event is rich in tradition and attracts a large audience. We encourage local restaurants, service organizations and other food purveyors to participate as a food vendor.

The event is always the first Saturday of June. Due to the COVID-19 crisis, the 2020 date has been postponed. Check back for updates.

The event takes place on the landscaped grounds of Westminster City Hall bordered by Locust, Longwell & Key Streets. Easy access to the park and artist spaces.

Refunds will only be granted to vendors not accepted to participate.  No refunds for any other reason, including weather, will be granted.

The 2020 Art in the Park festival has been postponed due to the COVID-19 crisis. All registered vendors’ fees will be honored for the new date. Email Moriah Tyler at Moriah@CarrollCountyArtsCouncil.org with any questions.
