Embracing the traditions of jazz\, soul\, rock and other styles\, the group released their sophomore album\, “Inwards”\, in February. Since January 2025\, the band has toured the United States backing Jarrod Lawson\, including performances at Atlanta Jazz Festival and Rochester Jazz Festival. Noah Pierre Band was featured in the Maryland Music Awards and appeared on WBALTV in December 2024. Noah Pierre Band is composed of Noah Pierre on guitar and vocals\, Ricky Jefferson on keys\, Oliver Unger on bass\, Mike Paxton on saxophone and Jordon Stanley on drums. Noah Pierre endorses PRS guitars. \nAbout Taisha Estrada:\nNamed a 2025 Tiny Desk Top Shelf artist\, Puerto Rican singer-songwriter Taisha Estrada has quickly emerged as a standout voice in the DMV music scene. SUMMARY:Carroll Singers Presents “Gather At the River”
DESCRIPTION:TicketsCarroll Singers Presents “Gather At the River” on Monday & Tuesday\, June 8th & 9th at 7:30 at Westminster High School\, 1225 Washington Rd\, Westminster MD. The songs refer to rivers in some way and in a variety of musical styles. In addition to our regular instrumentalists\, some songs will have additional accompaniment. Some of the songs are: Deep River\, Cry Me a River\, Ain’t No Mountain High Enough\, Shenandoah and I’ve Got Peace Like a River. These concerts are made possible by a grant from the Maryland State Arts Council and the Carroll County Arts Council. Tickets: $15 Adults ($12 in advance)\, $9 Students ($7 in advance)\, children under 6 are free. Tickets available at: The Carroll Arts Center\, Menchey Music\, and from Carroll Singers members.
