If registering for multiple artists\, please complete multiple transactions.\nIf you need to renew your membership\, please do so prior to registering for the exhibition. \nThis can be done by visiting our membership page! \nMEMBERSHIPIMPORTANT DETAILS\n\nRegistration is now FREE to all Current Members 16 years of age or older!\n5 cash prizes are awarded following two weeks of Audience Choice voting!\n5 Commissioner Awards will be honored at the Opening Reception\nCCAC takes a 30% commission\nCCAC reserves the right to deny any entry\nPhotographs of your work may be used in publicity\n\nREQUIREMENTS\n\nWork should be NO LARGER than 36” in any direction.\nAccepted mediums: 2D and 3D works\, including but not limited to drawings\, paintings\, fiber\, pottery\, photography\, sculpture and jewelry. (Outside of CCAC provided pedestals\, any specialty display items including cases or mannequins must be provided by the artist.)\nAll 2-D works must be wired on the back.\nAll artwork must be for sale. No exceptions. (If your goal is to have the piece on display rather than sold\, we recommend setting a price that reflects what it would genuinely take for you to part with it—something high enough that you’d feel comfortable displaying\, but still honors its value if someone truly falls in love with it.)\n\nIMPORTANT DATES\n\nRegistration Deadline: August 21st\, 2026 (no late registrations will be accepted)\nDROP OFF: Tuesday Sept. 8th 12pm-7pm & \, Sept. 9th\, 16 12pm-4pm\nExhibit Dates: September 17th  – November 7th\nArtists Reception: Thursday\, September 17th\, 5-7 pm\nPICK UP: Tuesday\, Nov. 10th 12pm-7pm & Wednesday\, Nov 11th 12pm-4pm\nUtmost care is taken to protect the works of art and maintain security\, however\, artists are encouraged to carry their own insurance in the unlikely event of damage or theft. Photos of your art may be used in online or print publicity. By entering this exhibit you are agreeing to all the above Exhibit Requirements and Policies.\n\nREGISTER HERE!MEMBERS SHOW\nThe Carroll County Arts Council’s 24th Annual Members Show is built by many hands\, across many perspectives\, and through many forms of creative expression! \nTogether\, these individual works form Our Collective Canvas: A Community of Makers\, a lively celebration of the people whose creativity\, participation\, and support help sustain the arts throughout Carroll County. \nFeaturing paintings\, photography\, sculpture\, fiber arts\, and mixed media\, the exhibition brings together an exciting range of styles\, subjects\, materials\, perspectives\, and levels of experience. Around every corner is something different to encounter! \nOur members do more than exhibit their work – Through their creativity\, involvement\, and continued investment in the Arts Council\, they strengthen the cultural fabric of Carroll County and help ensure that the arts remain visible\, accessible\, and valued!
