On Saturday, December 3rd, 2022, at 1pm, the Inaugural Westminster TubaChristmas event will be held in front of the Westminster branch of the Carroll County Public Library. Tuba, euphonium, baritone, and similar instrumental performers are invited to join us to perform traditional Christmas tunes. All are welcome to watch.
