Human Service Programs of Carroll County’s 8th Annual Gingerbread Festival is the agency’s signature gingerbread house competition that builds sweet hope by raising important funds to help us fight poverty.

Gingerbread houses are built by Carroll County community members to support Carroll County community members who need just a little extra help this holiday season!
